Saved delivery challans: find, open, copy and edit

Everything you save stays in this browser's data home. The Saved delivery challans button lists them, newest first.

Step by step

1. Press Saved delivery challans. At the top of the maker.
2. Search. Type part of the number or the name.
3. Open one. It opens in the maker as Editing saved delivery challan. Change it and press Save, or print it again.
4. Copy one. Use the copy action to start a new delivery challan with the same lines and a new number.
5. Status. Set Status: Goods sent, Goods returned or Invoice made.
6. Start a fresh one. Press New delivery challan.

Worked example

A delivery challan sent last month needs a correction. Saved delivery challans › search its number › open › fix the line › Save › Share. The edit is written in its edit history (My data › Changes).

Common mistakes and how to fix them

• A saved delivery challan is missing. It was saved in another browser or device, or deleted. Check My data › Recycle bin, or restore your backup.
• Editing a document of a closed year. The maker refuses; open the year again in the App (Year end) if you must.
